Obagi Nu-Cil™ Eyebrow Boosting Serum (5ml) is powered by NouriPlex® Technology, a clinically-proven blend of ingredients to address the appearance of thinning, patchy, and over-tweezed brows. Improves the appearance of fuller, thicker, darker-looking eyebrows.
Directions for Use
Step 1: Cleanse the skin and allow the skin to completely dry.
Step 2: Nightly, apply the serum from the root of your eyebrow and follow the natural shape of your brow.
Step 3: Wait 90 seconds for the product to dry then continue your skincare routine.
